How and when we deliver our digital Services.

This policy explains how Bercom LLC delivers its Services and what to expect on timelines.

Service delivery

All Bercom Services are digital and delivered electronically — via shared links, files, and access to the platforms we build on. Nothing is physically shipped.

Typical timelines

• Websites: 7–14 business days from project kickoff, depending on scope and feedback speed.
• Brand kits: 3–7 business days.
• Social content: first batch within the first two weeks; ongoing on an agreed monthly calendar.

Kickoff begins once your initial payment is received and we have the content and access we need. Timelines assume prompt feedback at each stage.

Handover

On final payment we hand over all final files and transfer ownership of deliverables created for you, along with any access needed to maintain them.

Support

We’re available Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 MT at help@bercom.art. Retainer clients receive ongoing support as part of their plan.
